My work is thrown on the potter's wheel.
I love the way that I can recreate my own drawings on the surface of the clay retaining the spontaneity and liveliness of the thrown shape.

I use the sgraffito technique to carve through the surface of the dark coloured slip to reveal the original light clay beneath.
